Seabreeze (formerly Berkeley House) is a small comfortable AA four star guest house, offering bed and breakfast, and much more! We are ideally situated upon Babbacombe Sea Front with magnificent views across the Downs and Lyme Bay.

Our spacious sea front 'premier' rooms have large ensuite bathrooms, private sea facing balconies where you can sit and enjoy the breathtaking views, then  come and have a homemade Devonshire cream tea or a light lunch in our Licenced Coffee shop and Ice Cream Parlour
